INLEA, a global organization dedicated to manage international teams and develop educational programs, is in partnership with a very relevant IT global corporation. INLEA supports from several years ago a Cisco global education initiative covering more than 1,000,000 students worldwide. As part of the growth strategy, INLEA is currently recruiting and contracting a Quality Regional Manager for Networking Academy Program for Cisco.
Reporting to Cisco Account Manager of INLEA and supervised by Networking Academy Quality Global Manager, the position will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Contribute to the quality management approach of an international educational program with a perspective of continuous improvement
- Using specialized tools; analyze data, identify high and low performers and manage initiatives to address opportunities and issues around educational quality.
- Ensure field teams are involved in improving the quality of the educational program appropriately in a regular manner
- Build a Regional Community, promote best practices using virtual communities as well as academy partnerships
- Be the point of contact for quality in the region in events and virtual communities
- Develop models and manage initiatives to address issues on educational quality and quality management
Suitable candidates will possess the following professional background and skills:
- Very strong communication skills (presentations, interpersonal, etc.)
- Excellent PR and positive customer service attitude
- Ability to operate in a multicultural environment
- Experienced member of Networking Academy Community
- Ability to manage customer relations in a potentially stressful environment
- Tested user of virtual communication tools (Webex, etc.)
- Mature and dynamic
- Independently working in a team, with a flexible approach, problem solving skills and
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Willing to travel
- Knowledge of quality management standards an asset

Opening the INLEA Foundation incubator startups
The past Thursday March 22, INLEA Foundation opened its incubator startups in its new headquarters in Barcelona in Almogàvers Business Factory.
Following the agreement signed between the INLEA Foundation and Barcelona City Council, the Foundation furnishes 11% of the startups that will present in this space which promotes technology-based innovation in Barcelona.
The event was accompanied by a full house at the last workshop that closed the sessions called “Cocina tu idea” (cooking your idea). These technological dynamism of entrepreneurship sessions led by Sonia Mulero and Jordi Puigdellívol, have been made throughout Spain during the months of January, February and March 2012 and received the support of FECYT, the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology, a gobernamental agency of the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness of Spain.
In this last workshop “Cocina tu idea“, we were fortunate to participate in two speaches: one from Marcos Alves, CEO of El Tenedor, who sponsored the event with Moritz (the beer brand of Barcelona), and Guzman Lopez, director of the Instituto de Creatividad Aplicada, who taught a workshop very entertaining and fun creativity.
Workshop participants were able to present their business ideas and received the views of other attendees, experts and INLEA Foundation’s Volunteer Delegates.Este pasado jueves 22 de Marzo, Fundación INLEA inauguró su vivero de startups en su nueva sede de Barcelona en Almogàvers Business Factory.
Tras el acuerdo firmado entre la Fundación INLEA y el Ayuntamiento de Barcelona, la Fundación aportara el 11% de las startups que estarán presente en este espacio que promueve la innovación de base tecnológica en Barcelona.
El evento de inauguración se acompañó con un lleno total al último taller que cerró las sesiones Cocina tu Idea. Estas sesiones de dinamización de la emprendeduría tecnológica lideradas por Sonia Mulero y Jordi Puigdellivol, se han realizado por toda España durante los meses de enero, febrero y marzo de 2012; y han recibido el apoyo de FECYT, la Fundación Española para la Ciencia y la Tecnología, dependiente del Ministerio de Economía y Competitividad.
En este último taller Cocina tu idea, tuvimos la suerte de contar con las presentaciones de Marcos Alves, CEO de El Tenedor, que patrocinó el acto junto a Cervezas Moritz, y Guzmán López, director del Instituto de Creatividad Aplicada, que impartió un taller de creatividad muy ameno y divertido.
Los participantes del taller pudieron exponer sus ideas de negocio y recibieron las opiniones del resto de asistentes, de los expertos y de los Delegados Voluntarios que vinieron.
